摘要 FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has head, neck and bearing plate made of an alloy possessing thermomechanical shape memory properties. The bearing plate has two fixing members the first of which is manufactured with horizontal slot directed from lateral edge of the bearing plate towards its center with curvature relative to vertical axis of 15-20 deg. The horizontal slot for forming the first fixing member is placed in the middle of one of lateral edges of the bearing plate and slot length is equal to 1/6 times plate length. The second fixing member is formed by cut from upper angle to 2/3 of the opposite lateral edge height in a way that the cut has an area in the lower part parallel to the lower plate edge equal to ? times plate length and continuing next to it with smooth growth to the very superior edge. The cut is equal to 5/6 times plate length from the superior angle to the upper edge. The second fixing member is turned by 90 deg relative to its horizontal axis.
