PURPOSE: A system for integrally managing intranet data by a P2P(Peer to Peer) system and a method thereof are provided to manage and access possession information of each client connected through the intranet effectively by directly connecting the client to a client system having corresponding data when the client requests to download or share output information. CONSTITUTION: A search filter(110) executes a filtering with respect to each system share information connected through the Intranet. An index database(120) creates a storage data list by indexing filtered data. A backup database(130) updates data changed periodically except data capable of being searched through the index database(120) and collects search-objected data. A cluster(140) extracts a search result clustered through the index database(120) and the backup database(130) by receiving the search request. A user identification information(210) is transmitted through the Intranet to the server system(100) for receiving the authentication. A web browser(220) is connected to the server system(100), transmits a search request of data by a predetermined form, and displays searched information sequentially. A share directory(230) stores personal storage data and indexes the stored data.
