AUTOMATIC UNIT FOR INSPECTING ABNORMAL SOUND IN AUTO-TRANSMISSION OF WASHING MACHINE

PURPOSE: An automatic unit for inspecting abnormal sound in an auto-transmission of a washing machine is provided to determine a malfunction of the washing machine by recognizing a reason for abnormal sound in the auto-transmission of the washing machine. CONSTITUTION: Driving force of a single-phase AC motor is transferred to a pulley of an auto-transmission of a washing machine in order to rotate the auto-transmission of the washing machine. An automatic unit for inspecting abnormal sound in the auto-transmission of the washing machine includes four clamps, a pneumatic actuator, a solenoid valve and an air compressor. Voltage corresponding to sound pressure is generated by means of a high functional microphone and a digital storage oscilloscope. An amplifier is provided to amplify voltage, thereby measuring frequency of abnormal sound.
