APPARATUS FOR FIXING MASK AND APPARATUS FOR APPLYING UV USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An apparatus for fixing a mask and an apparatus for applying UV(Ultraviolet) using the same are provided to harden a sealant without having a bad influence upon characteristics of an alignment film formed on a bonded substrate and thin film transistors, and efficiently fix a mask. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for fixing a mask is made up of an upper mechanism(510), a lower mechanism(400), and a plurality of joining screws(600). The lower mechanism is made up of a square frame(410), a plurality of protruded structures(420) formed on an inner surface of the square frame, and a support bar(460) connected to the protruded structures. The plurality of protruded structures are main mask support parts supporting a mask(300) and have first joining parts(450). The support bar is an auxiliary mask support part. The upper mechanism has second joining parts(550) corresponding to the first joining parts of the protruded structures. The mask is put on the protruded structures of the lower mechanism and the upper mechanism is put on the lower mechanism. The plurality of joining screws join the upper mechanism with the lower mechanism for fixing the mask.
