METHOD FOR FORMING DESIGN ON MELAMINE RECEPTACLE USING CO2 LASER

PURPOSE: Provided is a method for manufacturing a melamine receptacle on which design is formed by irradiating laser onto the surface of receptacle completed without passing through ordinary processing procedure. CONSTITUTION: The method for forming design on melamine receptacle using CO2 laser comprises input process of inputting data into scanner and digital camera as an infrared wave length CO2 laser machine for forming design on the surface of thermosetting melamine receptacle; design processing process of processing design using self-program; laser control program producing process of controlling laser generator to irradiate laser onto corresponding positions along the processed design; design forming process of forming design consisting of marked parts and carved parts by irradiating laser beam onto the surface of the receptacle on which the design is to be formed; process of coating ceramic coating agent having various colors of low temperature calcination type sol-gel process on the irradiated carved parts; and process of hardening the coated ceramic coating agent in hot blast dryer at a temperature of 120 to 180 deg.C for 10 to 20 minutes, and removing non-adhered coating agent.
