PURPOSE: A multifunctional file for preventing damage or loss of documents and arranging and keeping the documents conveniently is provided. CONSTITUTION: In an ordinary file (f) which is formed of paper or synthetic resin sheet, at both sides of the central part of which bending lines(2,2') are formed so that lengthwise thickness part(3) is formed, and the file is divided into front cover(1) and rear cover(1') by the bending lines(2,2'), and which is consisted of tables formed at one side of the upper part of the rear cover(1') and on the surface of the lengthwise thickness part(3) of the file and paper filing member(6) adhered onto the upper surface of the rear cover(1') and equipped with paper filing bands at both sides of the paper filing member(6), the multifunctional file comprises a supporting plate(10) formed on the upper surface part of the rear cover(1') with being integrally extended from the rear cover(1'); a file crosswise thickness part(30) formed by lengthwise bending lines(20,20') formed on the supporting plate(10); a table(31) formed on the surface of the crosswise thickness part(30); and a cover plate(50) which is extended to the upper part of the lengthwise bending line(20'), and on upper and lower parts of both sides of which two paper filing band penetration holes(40,40') are respectively perforated.
