SUBSTANCE: orthopedic device has portion adjoining to abdominal region and made of squeezing knitted material and two trouser legs connected to said portion and made from the same squeezing material. Portion adjoining to abdominal region has triangular surface of increased elasticity extending between belt and groin. Triangular surface may be fitted with patch made of fabric with increased two- dimensional elasticity or formed by knitting of elastic reinforcing weave.
