PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily manufacturing a low-cost material with a water-repellent surface which is highly durable without impairing original design characteristics of a base material. SOLUTION: The molding die is manufactured by applying at least one kind of a resin selected between a silicone resin and a fluororesin, to the surface of a periodically surface-processed molding die with a depth of 5 to 100μm and a pitch of 10 to 200μm. A resin composition forming the base material is molded with the molding die using either of an injection-molding process, a press-molding process, an injection press-molding process or a cast-molding process. Thus a resin molded product with a surface layer having a thickness of 300 nm or less is formed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
