PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece conveyance and assembly device capable of assembling parts for a workpiece from any direction. SOLUTION: A slit 50a is provided along the direction of advance on a floor board 50. A horizontal rotary track 10 and a pallet 20 conveyed on the horizontal rotary track 10 are provided below the floor board 50. A post 22 protruding from a floor surface is provided on the pallet 20. A pole stand 30 is attached to the post 22, and a workpiece support member 40 is attached to a rising member 33 of the pole stand 30, so that a worker can move horizontally on the floor board 50 and assemble parts on the workpiece loaded on the workpiece support member 40 freely from the opposite side and side face side.
