<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly change a desired value of an operating state, if needed, in a proper environment in culture for culturing biological cells. <P>SOLUTION: In controlling the culture of the biological cells by a culture apparatus, the control is carried out to coincide a detected value of the operation state of the culture apparatus with a predetermined desired value and change the desired value by comparing an analytical value obtained by analyzing a sample of a culture solution harvested from the culture apparatus with the detected value.
