PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric kettle which heats a liquid to a predetermined temperature and then lowers the temperature quickly to a desired temperature to hold heat. SOLUTION: A circulating path 14 joined with a pump 15 is fixed in a container 1. A radiating fin 47 facing a cooling air path 48 is fixed on a part of this circulating path 14. Therefore, when high-temperature liquid is circulated in this circulating path 14, its heat is radiated from the fin 47 and its temperature quickly reaches a desired temperature to hold heat.
