PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biodegradable laminated film which has excellent transparency and flexibility and which can be molded by a T-die extruder. SOLUTION: The biodegradable laminated film comprises an intermediate layer made of a resin composition containing 50 to 100 wt.% of an aliphatic- aromatic polyester resin (A) containing a polycondensate of a dicarboxylic acid ingredient made of an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and an aromatic dicarboxylic acid and a diol ingredient of an aliphatic diol as main ingredients, and 0 to 50 wt.% of an aliphatic polyester resin (B) containing a polycondensate of a dicarboxylic acid ingredient made of an aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and a diol ingredient made of an aliphatic diol as a main ingredient and having a melt flow rate of 1 to 9 g/10 min, and both outer layers each containing a resin composition made of a resin composition containing 35 to 65 wt.% of the aliphatic-aromatic polyester resin (A), 25 to 50 wt.% of the aliphatic polyester resin (B) and 4 to 20 wt.% of a biodegradable plasticizer (C), so that the intermediate layer and both the outer layers are co-extrusion molded.
