PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a lining layer of good quality on an inner wall of a duct by suitably heating a lining material of a tube inserted into the duct. SOLUTION: A method for lining the tube comprises the steps of mounting one end side of an air bleeding tube 4 at which a plurality of intake ports 7 are perforated over a predetermined length of an outer periphery in a zigzag state on an outer surface of the lining material 1 of the tube, and positioning the tube 4 in an upper part of the interior of the lining material 1 while inverting and inserting the lining material 1 in the duct 8 by a hydraulic pressure. The method further comprises the steps of then replacing water in the material 1 with warm water while remaining pressing of the lining material 1 to the inner wall of the duct 8 by a hydraulic action as it is, heating the material 1, and exhausting the air retained between the material 1 and the water or the warm water through the tube 4 to an exterior. Thus, a thermosetting resin infiltrated into the material 1 is cured while the material 1 is fully filled with the warm water. According to this, the excess curing heat of the thermosetting resin are suppressed to prevent its thermal deterioration, uneven curing, discoloring due to its overheating and surface roughness of the worked surface or the like.
