PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for producing material easily and inexpensively having a highly durable water-repellent surface with surface property not influenced by the setting direction of a resin molding. SOLUTION: A mold having crossing grooved shape with a depth of 5μm to 100μm and a pitch of 10μm to 200μm periodically is used to mold a resin composition having the surface free energies of 25×10-3N/m to 40×10-3N/m by way of either injection molding or press molding or injection press molding or cast molding to form a resin molding.
