PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel chair fixing device having a simple structure irrespectively of the facts that a caretaker can handle it with ease and a wheel chair can be fixed to and released from a floor in a short period of time. SOLUTION: This wheel chair fixing device is provided with a fixing member 2 having a restraint channel 2a into which a fixing bar 11 is inserted to regulate moving of the fixing bar 11 in the vertical direction and forward direction, a lock member 3 having a restraint face 3a turnably connected with the back of the fixing member 2 to turn between a lock turn position and a non-lock turn position and regulate moving of the fixing bar 11 inserted into the restraint channel 2a at the lock turn position in the backward direction, and a release lever 6 attached turnably to the fixing member 2 and provided in the interlocking relationship with the lock member 3 to turn the lock member 3 from the lock turn position to the non-lock turn position by pressing down an operation part 6a1 positioned at a rear end.
