PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post treatment tape of a paper diaper which can prevent the post treatment tape from peeling in spite of improvident handling and a paper diaper with the post treatment tape. SOLUTION: The post treatment tape formed by connecting a first belt piece 1, a second belt piece 2 and a third belt piece 3 in a bendable and stretchable state into a Z form, making a reinforcing belt piece 4 of a prescribed length extending to a side opposite to the extending direction of the first belt piece 1 continuous with an erecting point P of the second belt piece 2 and attaching a tacky adhesive 13 which can be bonded to an outside surface 51 of the paper diaper to the third belt piece 3 is used as the post treatment tape Y. The first belt piece 1 and the reinforcing belt piece 4 are respectively bonded with tacky adhesives 11 and 14 to the outside surface 51 of the paper diaper in the state of facing upwardly or downwardly in a position near a waist side edge 52 of the outside surface 51 of the paper diaper. The erecting point P of the second belt piece 2 is held by both of the reinforcing belt piece 4 and the first belt piece 1, by which the post treatment tape is made hardly peelable.
