PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a final tea rolling dryer capable of performing assistance in opening and closing operation of a rolling pit part by an operator, especially assisting the closing of the rolling pit part with averaged force in a shaking process of the rolling pit part and reducing a load on the operator. SOLUTION: The final tea rolling dryer is provided with the following. A rolling board 3 having unevennesses of bamboos formed on the top surface, including a gas burner 4 for heating the rolling board 3 therein, the rolling pit 2 freely openable and closable by shaking with the rear end as the center, rolling hands 5 reciprocating and shaking on the rolling board 3, a base part 1 supporting the rolling pit part 2 at a prescribed height and an opening and closing auxiliary means suspended between the base part 1 and the rolling pit part 2 and assisting the opening and closing operation of the rolling pit part 2. The opening and closing auxiliary means is equipped with a fluid chamber in which a fluid is sealed, a piston part sliding in the shaft direction of the fluid chamber according to the opening and closing operation of the rolling pit part 2 while isolating the fluid chamber and orifices formed in the piston part and communicating with the fluid chamber isolated with the piston part.
