METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRINTING AND COATING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for printing and coating that is capable of providing high speed, accurate and precise supply of a marking material and of producing an image with high resolution without using any solvent as a receiving material of the marking material.

SOLUTION: The method for printing and coating includes a step of providing a pressurized source of a thermodynamically stable mixture of the solvent and the marking material. A printhead is connected to the pressurized source. The printhead is configured to produce a first shaped beam of the marking material and a second shaped beam of the making material. The marking material may be of different marking materials or same marking materials.
