<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen enriching device capable of realizing a reduction of noise without increasing the intake pressure loss of an air supply means while a reduction of size and weight of the device is realized. <P>SOLUTION: This pressure varying adsorbing type oxygen enriching device for medical care comprises one or more adsorbing floors filled with an adsorbent capable of selectively adsorbing nitrogen rather than oxygen and an air supplying means for supplying air to the adsorbing floors.
