METHOD FOR DETECTING AND DETERMINING MOLECULAR SPECIES OF HUMAN P450, PROBE AND KIT FOR THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method with which the molecular species of P450 is simply and rapidly fractionated, detected and determined under the same PCR reaction condition in real time.

SOLUTION: A kit for detecting and determining the molecular species of human cytochrome P450 comprises an oligonucleotide probe to be hybridized with a specific domain of each gene encoding molecular species of human cytochrome P450, for example, 859-884 domain of CYP7A1 gene and a pair of specific primers. The method for detecting and determining the molecular species of human cytochrome P450 comprises using the kit.
