PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stainproof member with higher water repellency and oil repellency than those of conventional stainproof members and high adhesiveness and abrasion resistance of a coating film. SOLUTION: The stainproof member is a high stainproof member and is characterized by comprising an uneven coating film comprising at least a metal oxide on the surface of a base material and a water repellent coating film applied on the uneven coating film surface and a surface mean roughness Ra of the outermost layer being 0.004-10μm.
