PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently recycle a scrap material of floor matting. SOLUTION: Only the portion of a carpet 4 is removed from the scrap material of a floor matting material 1 made by sticking the carpet 4 on the surface of a thermoplastic resin sheet 2 and a fresh carpet 14 is stuck on the sheet, so as to make a recycled floor matting material 11. The recycled floor matting material 11 needs no labor of crushing the scrap material and is free from scattering of crushed matter. Since the thermoplastic resin sheet 2 of the scrap material is recovered and used as it is, the efficiency of utilization of the material is also high. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
