Each clamp 4 changes the clamping force of the blank holder 3 by the hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic cylinder 8, and each hydraulic cylinder 8 individually controls the hydraulic pressure via a control valve 10 by a hydraulic controller 15. The hydraulic controller 15 determines the optimum hydraulic pressure based on the three-dimensional data of the forming shape stored in a computer 16 and real time position information of a bar-shaped pressing member 17.
