PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin-operated rice polishing machine with a cabinet which can deal with a high degree of convenience and broad requests by occasionally performing automatic rice cleaning treatment using home-grown rice without requiring the botheration of individually bringing the unpolished rice to be cleaned. SOLUTION: The coin-operated rice polishing machine 1 with the cabinet has storage means 13, transfer means, automatic rice polishing means 37, etc., and has also storage authentication means for issuing the storage certificate of an object in correspondence to warehousing by the storage means 13 and collating means for releasing the storage of the corresponding object according to the collation of the storage certificate of the storage authentication means.
