PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical care drain tube having flexibility not to press nor damage internal organs in a case of leaving the drain tube after a surgery and having excellent kink resistance, and possible to secure a flow passage even if the kink condition is generated, and possible to be used as a closing or active drain by connecting it to a drain bag. SOLUTION: A plurality of projections are provided inside the tube, and these projections are spirally arranged in the tube in longitudinal direction, and a connector tube is provided in a rear end of the tube.
