PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make tasty grilled fish, reducing cooking time. SOLUTION: In an automatic fish roaster, which composed of a cooking oven 2, a grill 5 on which fish is put on, an upper heater 6 above the said grill 5, a lower heater 7 under the said grill 5, a controller 10, which controls a power distribution to the upper heater 6 and the lower heater 7, the said controller 10 grills a fish 3 by combining a mode which distributes a maximum electric power to the lower heater 7, a mode which distributes the maximum electric power to the upper heater 6, and a mode which distributes the maximum electric power to the upper heater 6 and the lower heater 7 simultaneously.
