PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accommodate skidding or forward tilting of a body of a container without trouble of a normally closed shutoff valve and a normally open shutoff valve by combining normally closed shutoff water and normally open shutoff water. SOLUTION: In a delivery path, in combination with normal closure of a delivery passage at the normally closed shutoff part, a return passage which is provided at the normally closed shutoff part so as to return residual content liquid left on the downstream side of the normally closed shutoff part is normally opened at a normally open shutoff part so that the normally open shutoff part is closed by the content liquid being caused to flow out with the forward inclination or skidding of the body of the container to block the outflow thereof to the downstream side in cooperation with the normally closed shutoff part. To achieve this, the normally closed shutoff part is opened in combination with the closing of the normally open shutoff part using the content liquid to deliver the content liquid through the delivery passage.
