METHOD AND DEVICE FOR FORCED SIEVING AND PREPARATION OF INTIMATE BLEND OF PULVERULENT PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forced seiving suitable for giving a granulometoric spectrum consisting of a main mode having a narrow distribution of centering on tensμand a part of powder of a micron size to puverulent products; a device suitable for carrying out the above method; and a method for preparing an intimate blend of at least two kinds of powdery substances. SOLUTION: The pulverulent products are made forcedly to pass through a rigid assembly superposed with at least two sheets of screens so as to be into contact with each other. The respective screens are different from each other in diameters of holes and are arranged in such a way that the diameters of the holes become larger and larger as the puverulent products pass through the rigid assembly. The diameters of the holes of the respective screens are usually at least larger compared with a case that the same granulometric spectrum is to be obtained under the same condition using only one sheet of the same type screen.
