PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a razor holder and a short blade head for use in it, capable of mounting two short small blade heads used in shaving off the periphery of the eyebrow for women, shaving a narrow part of the face such as the brow, and treating or removing a mustache and a beard and performing refreshing skew-shaving. SOLUTION: Two support parts a+b in which two supports (a) 3, 3 having an angle and two supports (b) 4, 4, bent to the right and the left are welded a the respective welding parts are united back to back, and fixed by grip part 2 made of synthetic resin.
