MODULAR TYPE AT-HOME ARTIFICIAL DIALYSIS SYSTEM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for deciding necessity for exchanging a dialysis device by testing clearance of the dialysis device in a simple and reliable at- home blood dialysis system requiring minimum labor of a patient by automating all processes.

SOLUTION: The method contains a step for repeating a step for roughly estimating a urea clearance of the dialysis device in the new condition by measuring conductivity of a dialysis solution before and after circulation of the dialysis solution through a dialysis solution side of the dialysis device and a step for roughly estimating the urea clearance of the dialysis device after a dialysis session by measuring conductivity of the second dialysis solution before and after circulation of the second dialysis solution through the dialysis solution side of the dialysis device and deciding a new coefficient of clearance of the dialysis device, and a step for comparing Kinitwith Ki, and a step for pressing a user of an artificial kidney machine to exchange the dialysis device when Kiinitby using a predetermined quantity of threshold.
