PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive synthetic resin sheet having good perspective properties and heat resistance in addition to fire resistance. SOLUTION: The conductive synthetic resin sheet is obtained by a process in which a thin conductive film formed from a composition comprising a vinyl chloride resin 60-70% in degree of chlorination, conductive powder, and an organic solvent is formed on the surface of a vinyl chloride resin sheet 60-70% in degree of chlorination, and the sheet is heated while being pressurized.
