PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement sheet capable of giving a rigidity against an external force while reducing an environmental load by laminating a reinforcing layer of a so-called ceramic sheet, which is made of an inorganic substance as a main material and provided with a required water resistance, on an adhesive layer, and a production method for the reinforcement sheet. SOLUTION: The reinforcement sheet is formed by laminating the reinforcement layer 14 and the adhesive layer 12, and is adhered the to a member to be reinforced 30 by adhering/heating the reinforcement layer 14 to the reinforced member 30 via the adhesive layer 12. The reinforcement layer 14 comprises an incombustible sheet formed by mixing a polymer compound or/and various kinds of fiber, when required, to the inorganic substance as the main material and screening the mixture and waterproof components such as a curing agent and a water repellent agent.
