PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety belt fixture capable of being fixed to the threaded fitting member of a building easily and quickly and a safety belt using the same. SOLUTION: Grasping the fixture body 11 of a safety belt fixture 10 and aligning the screw 12 thereof to the threaded hole 20a of an insertion fitting 20 while pushing a normal rotation switch 14 makes a motor 13 rotate the screw 12 to be engaged with the threaded hole 20a of the insertion fitting 20. At that time, the motor 13 stops rotation when a predetermined period of time elapses, so that the power of the motor 13 does not continuously applied to the screw 12. In addition, when the motor 13 stops after the predetermined period of time, a light emitting portion 16 lights up and a buzzer sounds an alarm to inform a worker that the motor 13 has stopped.
