PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effects of both of heating elements and medicinal herbs obtainable by forming a moxibustion implement in such a manner that the heating elements and the medicinal herbs can be integrally used by utilizing wearing bodies, such as vests and supporters, to be worn on the body. SOLUTION: The moxibustion implement is provided, successively from the inside surface during wearing on the body to the body side, with pockets for the heating elements to be insertably and removably inserted with the heating elements and pockets for the medicinal herbs to be insertably and removably inserted with the medicinal herbs having a moxibustion healing effect when heated by the generation of heat in the heating elements. The respective inlets and outlets of the pockets for the heating elements and the pockets for the medicinal herbs are provided with closing means consisting of hook-and-loop fasteners for openably and closably closing these inlets and outlets.
