PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the production cost of a ventilation route when forming a ventilation passage in a pad member comprising a seat part or a backrest part of a seat and when providing a ventilation route connecting the ventilation passage of the pad member to a ventilator, in a seat structure for a vehicle. SOLUTION: The pad member 6 comprising the seat part or the backrest part 2 of the seat is formed with the ventilation passage 6b penetrating through the surface and the back surface of the pad member 6. An impermeable thin seat member 9 is applied to the back surface of the pad member 6, and a prescribed part 9a of the seat member 9 is connected to the back surface of the pad member 6, so that the ventilation passage 10 is formed between the seat member 9 and the back surface of the pad member 6 and the ventilation of the ventilator 12 is fed to the ventilation passage 6b of the pad member 6 through the ventilation passage 10.
