PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a system allowing simple addition of a new shelf board without detaching an existing rack in a pipe type assembling rack. SOLUTION: A synthetic resin shelf board supporting plate having a pipe material passing part is installed in an erecting pipe material. Then, an upper part and a lower part of the pipe material passing part are set to a 'C' type and an 'inverse-C' type. The erecting pipe material is clamped by the upper/ lower parts. A projection part is provide in an upper part inside of the pipe material passing part, engaged with the positions of a horizontal groove provided in the outer circumference of the erecting pipe material, and fixes the position of the shelf board support plate. The interval between the upper and the lower part is set a little larger than the thickness of the erecting pipe material. It is important to divide the shelf board to be installed from the shelf board support plate to receive it. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
