PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat with a cover exchange device capable of preventing the recovery of an unused film cover by always fixing the recovered quantity of the film cover. SOLUTION: The toilet seat with the cover exchange device is equipped with a U-letter shape toilet seat wrapped by a part in the longitudinal direction of a cylindrical, long film cover, and placed on the upper face of a western style toilet, and a retracting recovery means for recovering by retracting the film cover wrapping the toilet seat. The toilet seat is wrapped by retracting the unused part of the film cover by the retracting recovery means retracting the used film cover wrapping the toilet seat. A driven body which is arranged contacting with the film cover and drives corresponding to the movement of the film cover retracted by the retracting recovery means is disposed. The retracting recovery means is constituted to retract a prescribed length of the film cover on the basis of the driven quantity of the driven body. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
