METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING CELLULOSE ESTER FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a cellulose ester film inexpensively by reducing the consumption of cellulose or the like as a raw material when a dope is prepared in a solution film forming method. SOLUTION: A washing waste liquid generated after filter parts 8 and 9 are washed is stored in a washing waste liquid collection tank 10. A mixed solvent having the same recipe as a solvent used in a dope is used as a washing liquid. The washing waste liquid collected in the washing waste liquid collection tank 10 is sent to a washing waste liquid tank 2 to be stored therein. The solid component in the washing liquid stored in the washing waste liquid tank 2 is measured to calculate a solid component charging amount from the charging amount of the washing waste liquid. The amount of newly charged cellulose and the amount of a plasticizer are calculated from the amount of the solid component contained in the washing waste liquid and the amount of a newly charged organic solvent is calculated from the amount of the organic solvent in the washing waste liquid. The washing waste liquid is sent into a dissolving tank 5 and a calculated amount of cellulose is sent into the dissolving tank 5 from a metering tank 4 and a calculated amount of the plasticizer is sent into the dissolving tank 5 from a plasticizer tank 3 and a calculated amount of the organic solvent is sent into the dissolving tank 5 from a solvent tank 1.
