PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold an injection molded product having a flat shape and a comparatively large surface such as a pillar trim and a lower door trim in good moldability, and to reduce man-hour for a gate cut processing. SOLUTION: A fan type fan gate 62 is formed from a sprue 60 and a runner 61 to a product cavity C, and molten resin is filled in the product cavity C through the fan gate 62 to enhance the moldability by preventing generation of bubbles and flow marks. A cavity mold 30 or a core mold 40 at the terminal part of the fan gate 62 is provided with semicircular projections 63, 64 to form semicircular cutout portions 13 at the terminal part of the fan gate part 12. The gate cut processing with a nipper can be conducted by the use of the cutout portions 13. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
