PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple applicator allowing certain medication without providing anxiety about or stress for a child, and to provide a package capable of storing and/or delivering the applicator and/or a medicine without contamination just before use. SOLUTION: A medication tool 10 has a stick handle 11. One end of the stick handle 11 has an applicating end 12 for use that is made of porous foam body or sponge and has an animation character shape of a teddy bear, cat, dog, or duck, or the other shape that gives the child pleasure or is liked by the child. The end 12 made of the foam body or sponge is joined to the stick handle 11 appropriately in an unseparation method. For performing the joining, the end 12 made of the foam body or sponge is connected to the end of the stick handle 11 via a mounting part 13 in a small spherical shape or the other shape.
