PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply structured surgical treatment instrument in which the inside of an insertion part can be exposed and easily cleaned at least and the strength of the insertion part is not damaged even when the insertion part is exposed. SOLUTION: The insertion part 2 of this surgical treatment instrument is provided with a plurality of driving sticks 5, 6 and 7, a supporting body structure 61 for supporting the driving sticks 5, 6 and 7 along the lengthwise direction thereof and a removable sheath 62 for covering the driving sticks 5, 6 and 7 and the supporting body structure 61 from the outside.
