PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic system in which a sharp constant image can be provided with a little exposure dosage even in a portion where the thickness of the body of a patient is extremely changed. SOLUTION: X-rays are exposed while moving a C arm 16 along with the direction of the body axis (Z-axis) of the patient, for example, to perform fluoroscopy and the determination of fluoroscopic conditions. Radiographing conditions are determined on the basis of the respective fluoroscopic conditions determined for each X-ray exposure position while referring to a preset correspondence table, for example. In X-ray radiographing, control associated with X-ray exposure is carried out on the radiographing conditions determined on the basis of the fluoroscopic conditions, and a diagnostic image is acquired.
