PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is very difficult to properly determine a value of an operating condition corresponding to various new solutions and techniques when a hair treatment promoting device is used, as recently new perm solutions and hair dyes are marketed by a number of manufacturing companies in accompany with the diffusion of permanent wave and hair dye, the quick progress of solutions and technique, and further the increase of new technical menu. SOLUTION: This hair treatment promoting system controls the hair treatment promoting device by accessing a web site managed by a drug- manufacturing company and the like and storing a control program for determining the solution and the application temperature and time suitable for the application technique and a condition of the hair in treating the hair, from a computer installed in a hairdressing salon to take the control program, and transferring the control program to the hair treatment promoting device.
