PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To finish the shoulder and the body part of a shirt with one machine although it has been performed heretofore with separate machines, thereby saving power and space. SOLUTION: A rotating hollow shaft is provided with a shoulder receiving iron 5 and a drum receiving iron 6 opposite to each other, a portion of the shoulder receiving iron where a sleeve is positioned is gouged out to drop the sleeve. The shoulder part and the drum part are sequentially finished by rotating the shaft. The machine is provided with a gravity valve for stopping suction of a lower position opposite iron so that only the iron at the upper position to be pressed sucks generated steam.
