<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new eye examination machinery for examining an eye, that is, the retina. <P>SOLUTION: The eye examination machinery is characterized by an LCD display for projecting many kinds of patterns or stimulations on the retina through an optical system. The retina can be formed into an image by an infrared actual operation image row and a stationary frame image due to visible light. Examinations of five types are performed by one machinery. That is, visual field examination, microperimetry, fixation stability examination, scotoma boundary detection and color stimulation examination are performed.
