PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an amino acid-containing composition fully securing sense and preservation stabilities through lowering or reducing strange taste/flavor such as bitterness derived from the amino acid.

SOLUTION: This amino acid-containing composition improved in taste is obtained from a main raw material comprising the amino acid having strange taste/flavor such as bitterness, an auxiliary material comprising amino acid of different kind from the main raw material, and an amino-acid containing composition containing a sweetener and/or flavor. The composition can be used in a form of a food and drink and a medicine or in a form being used for the food and drink and the medicine.
