<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental articulator for manufacturing a denture prosthesis in which biocompatibility is improved by more exactly reproducing the three-dimensional movements of the human upper and lower jaws. <P>SOLUTION: The dental articulator is equipped with a pair of condyle spheres 1 provided to freely move back and forth in a mutually facing direction near the tops of a pair of left and right vertical position adjustable poles 13 and 35 respectively, a round path frame 6 provided on the perpendicular lateral side of the base part of an upper jaw arch 3 for crimping the condyle spheres and having a rotary shaft extended horizontally, parts 5 for Bennett supported to be freely rotated on the mount surface of the condylar path frame 6 parallel to the rotary shaft thereof, an upper jaw arch provided with a screw 7a and a hollow shaft screw 32a installed to pierce the backside of the frame 6 and capable of regulating the forward and backward movements of the sphere 1, and an upper jaw arch support stick 40 provided with a freely elongating/contracting distal end removably mounted on the base part side of a lower jaw arch 3 and abutted to the bottom of the base part of an upper jaw arch 4, and an incisal table 25 provided with flip-up plates 25bL and 25bR capable of regulating angles when moving a distal end pin 9 to left and to right directions. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
