PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washing machine including a wobbling device in which in the washing process, a washing plate part is not rotated, but wobbled in the vertical direction to wash washing and after an enough quantity of washing water is raised by a raising water flow guide by unidirectional rotation of a rotary blade, the washing is dropped to perform washing. SOLUTION: This washing machine includes a water tub for storing washing water, a dewatering tub rotatably disposed in the inside of the water tub to store the washing, a dewatering shaft for rotating the dewatering tub, a washing shaft penetrating through the dewatering shaft in the axial direction to project from the upper end of the dewatering shaft, a washing plate part for wobbling the washing in the vertical direction to perform washing, which is provided on the lower part of the inside of the dewatering tub to be wobbled, and a rotary blade disposed on the lower part of the washing plate part and rotated in one direction by the rotation of the washing shaft to guide the washing water to the upper part of the dewatering tub.
