<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soybean milk production machine capable of easily separating soybean milk and soybean cake and also enabling the soybean milk not to be bubbled. <P>SOLUTION: The soybean production machine has the following mechanism: a container lid 26 is detachably attached on the lower part of a basket 23 mounted on a vessel 15 detachable from the body 1, a filter 31 is provided on the lid 26, a plurality of projections 33 projected downward are formed on the outside 26b of the lid 26, a heater 5 and/or an electric motor 11 are subjected to energization control by a control circuit 34 to heat the water in the vessel 15, simultaneously soybeans S are ground and agitated by rotating a grinding blade 29 and the components of the soybeans S are eluted and dispersed into the water in the vessel 15, the basket 23 is placed on a receiving tray or the like so that the projections 33 come below; thereby the basket 23 turns afloat by a magnitude corresponding to the dimension of the projections 33, therefore the soybean milk becomes easier to run off the filter 31 of the container lid 26, thus enabling the soybean milk to be smoothly separated from soybean cake. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
