PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive sheet which has good conductivity and can prevent the bleeding of an adhesive by the weight of a fabric when an adhesive layer is formed, and an electromagnetic wave shielding material comprising the sheet. SOLUTION: In the conductive sheet, a resin layer is formed at least on one side of a conductive fabric 800-1,900 in total covering factor in the longitudinal and transverse directions.
